Hi All,
An update on Dad and Mom. They got to see each other on Monday when I wheeled Mom across the back parking lot to Dad's building. Was a wonderful reunion (although quite cold for Mom -- temps have been frigid but are finally rising today). Dad
has been tired the last couple of days, but he is walking a lot more than he would have at home. He just got a 4 wheeled walker to try today and thinks it's great -- almost goes by itself he said. He has to be on portable oxygen when he leaves his room but
has an oxygen concentrator that self-fills tanks which is great. He gets physical therapy (as does Mom) and occupational therapy so is getting stronger (but not fast enough per him). Thanks for your continued prayers! Stay warm, Barb

Thinking of Sue & her family in Texas with the extreme cold weather, power outages, water issues, etc... Hope you are all staying warm. We had a historic day yesterday in ND! We had rolling blackouts due to the strain on the power grid from the Canadian border to Texas. Never before in my career has this happened. A little surreal! Hope the weather warms up soon for everyone!

Belated Happy Birthday to London who celebrated her big day in Florida? Hope ypu had a great tripand got some sun. Today, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO dESI AND DAVE! 35 YEARS, I remember our plane trip to the wedding, Erica was about 1 year o ld, but such a good girt, Carl came up from New Mexico and we had fun, a great memory. Hello from the frozen tundra in ND! Very cold temps & wind chills here! Mom, Kevin and I spent the evening last night with Barb. We got supper to go & enjoyed visiting. Had a few laughs together which felt good. Barb has been very busy getting her dad settled & checking in on her mom. Praying for Uncle Robert to get stronger. With this extreme cold weather, it is good he is in a safe, warm place where he can get everything he needs. Kevin has been helping at the farm since his retirement. So thankful he can help during this extreme cold weather. Today's event is a flat tire on the tractor they use to feed. Hopefully they can find a replacement! Love to all!

Hi all Loved the photos of the grandkids DEsiree also the bonus of phot os of Audrey, she has now joined the white hair club! But so happy to see her looking well. I visited Robert at his new apt. yesterday. Barb and Robert were getting an education about oxygen tanks and how to refill them. We are hoping the hired help at Edgewood will do that. He looked pretty good, wishes he were home, but will be safer and healthier here for the time being.

Hi Fam - I wanted to share a few new photos. The first 3 (whoops) are of 17 month old Charlee wearing her "Uffda" hat which she got from Great Grandma Audrey! The leather bomber jacket belonged to her daddy. The second pic is of Jett holding up his award for perfect attendance at school. He does both online and in school and was so proud to get this, and the last is of our sweetie pie enjoying her slide. Life is good. Hope everyone is staying safe and sending prayers to Uncle Robert and Aunt Ardella. Love you all

Thanks for posting the update Barb. Am sure is was a tough day for you & your dad. You are in our prayers. We pray for renewed strength for Uncle Robert. Hopefully he will see the benefits & realize it is what he needs to do. Love you guys!
