Hi everyone, Tomorrow marks a week since I began trying to wear a mask at night since I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea!Just what everyone wanted to hear after the election news, right? I have had one very good night, but mostly have made my
4 hour limit of beginning sleep therapy. Since I don't usually sleep well anyway it is quite a challenge, but I am going to try. A beautiful week here in NoDAk I have been busy outside and go to bed really tired. Hope everyone is staying well, N>D. is bad for Co-vig , I amtrying to stay home and keep safe. Thanks to all who remembered my birthday!and also continue to call and put stuff on this web site. Bonnie F

Happy Halloween everyone! We had gale force winds here today (some gusts over 60 mph)! Anyone riding a broomstick today may have ended way off course! Pretty uneventful day. We had one trick or treater, our grand nephew Walter! He was dressed as Joe Exotic from Tiger King. I honestly don’t know what that is all about, but he was pretty cute! Hope you all had a trick or treater or two! Hoping the wind dies down tomorrow so we can do some things outdoors. Thanks for all the birthday wishes! Had a very nice weekend! Erica was home for the weekend, which was a special treat. Take care all - stay positive and test negative!!!!

Hi everyone,
Guess the Covid virus is at it again! Things in Denver are starting to shut down again! Luckily Greeley is being spared from added shutdowns. we just have the masks and safer at home rules. Casper on the other hand is a "hot spot" at least in the elderly places-They have closed Mom's assisted living again so no one but essential workers can be there, no visitation at this time. Try to call but she doesn't answer her phone every time. sleeps alot these days. Have been trying to get ahold of the director but haven't heard back from her. Very frustrating!
How are things around the country? Saw ND has highest number of cases of covid in the country-yikes that's scary- stay safe!
Hope everyone has been celebrating all the special bdays, anniversaries, etc this month. Happy wishes to all of you.

Exciting news for those of us in the Twin Cities. The American Swedish Institute, being unable to have their annual Lutefisk Dinner in the Institute due to COVID -- is having a DRIVE UP LUTEFISK DINNER! How cool is that?! Only $45 each for non-members. Includes lefse! Puts a whole new perspective on the worth our Christmas tradition! Hope everyone is healthy and well!

Hi everyone, with a special belated birthday wish for my birthday partner, Marley! I hope you had a fun and happy birthday. Mine was good. My friend Clara and I went to Granville to the Memorial Diner for lunch, then explored to NoDak place, Mount Carmel Bible camp and Buffalo Lodge LakeWhoopee we had some laughs! Val cooked a delicious supper and I received many gifts, including my first cane!!Hope I don't have to use it too much!
