Yay, it worked! Guess notes must have to be SHORT!
My Mom is doing ok but still very "confused"- keep hoping that will get better but not sure that it will:( I talk with her daily and know the Casperites are there to see her frequently, but she doesn't seem to remember any of this. At least shes in a SAFE place.

Hello everyone! The family website has been updated for August! Hope you are all doing well! Thanks to those who post - we love hearing from everyone! It is going to be a beautiful day today in ND! Verendrye is hosting a summer picnic & retirement party for one of our linemen who worked for us for 42 years. The event will be in the Velva Park. More work involved to try and keep everyone safe during COVID! I will be happy when it is done! Lots of work! Kevin & I are planning a road trip to SD August 6-10. Carl & Olga reserved a room for us at the Sylvan Lake Lodge in Custer SD as an anniversary gift last year. We are very much looking forward to getting away for a few days, but will be avoiding crowds & spending our time in our car & the great outdoors! Hope you are all doing well!

Hi everyone, There have been no posts for quite awhile. Will let u know what is going on at our place. Shelley was here from Wednesday thru this Tuesday when she left on a 6 a.m. flight. We did quite a lot of things,mostly stayed home except for one day when we went on a road trip starting in Bergen for morning coffee with Donna H and Sandy M., then to Anamoose for lunch at the Farm to Field rrestaurant, tjhen to Hurdsfield to find the Hurt home, a round house out on the prairie and then to Harey for MexixCn aupper. Otherwise lots of playing with Shadow, bike riding, gardening, painting, It was great to have her here. Bonnie F

Have to report that we just saw the Neowise comet!! From our backyard that has an open space and then trees. Needed the binocs to see it. Has anyone else been able to see it? Very cool!

Thanks everyone for the anniversary wishes! We went to the Olive Garden for supper & realized how long it had been since we actually "went out" for a nice meal & took time to enjoy it! We had to make a stop at Walmart, which is not exactly my idea of an anniversary "date" but needed some grocery items. Kevin gave me some beautiful flowers to enjoy. Thanks everyone!
