Hi all HHF's Getting ready to travel to Denver with Val on Friday. Looking forward to see all the nieces, nephews, in and out laws and especially sister AUDREY! Seems like a long time since we have been together. The weather looks good. Still plan to bring sweatshirts and warm clothes as you know it is already winter here. Corn chopping is slow, really behind, hope it goes well while zI am gone. POSITIVE THINKING, I MUST DO SOME OF THAT!

Hi all, So glad to hear you called and talked with my Mom, Barb. She didn't mention it, I'm sure she forgot but at the time I'm sure she enjoyed it- she loves to tell her "memories"-we wish she'd talk about other things but not many other things she talks about these days.
Ron and I are going to Casper tomorrow to get her for the wedding, plan to come home Tuesday and she will be with us for a couple weeks. Anxious to see if she'll do better while staying with us, sleeps a lot and doesn't go out much at all anymore even though John and Candy try to get her out at least every week to grocery shop. Finally have decided to order groceries on line for her. She is doing well remembering to take her pills, so that's a positive!

LOVE all the pics! Thanks so much for posting Val! Looks like you guys made the most of your Vikings experience - way to live it up! And your birthday "tour" Val looked like great fun. Love the idea of Tupperware bingo! Hopefully at 70 (maybe 65) we can go on the party bus with you - would be such fun! Enjoyed talking to Audrey yesterday. Love hearing her story about how she and Art met! So excited that you guys in Colorado have the wedding coming up next weekend and that Val & Bonnie are going. Have a blast! It's getting chilly here - had to put on the lightweight long underwear already and might have to dig out the "real Minnesota" tough stuff. But in the meantime, Pete is out biking now (at 44 degrees) before the cold front hits. Love to all! Barb & Pete

Hi Val, Just saw the photo albums and they are GREAT! Both events look like they were so much fun, wish I could have attended both. Is so good when people post pictures, the rest of us get to enjoy a bit of the fun!
Will definitely have a lot of fun when you and Bonnie come for the wedding-not sure I'll be able to plan any wild adventures as my Mom doesn't have much energy to go out but we'll see how she is. If nothing else we can do short adventures close to Greeley. I will plan to call and talk with you before you leave ND. hoping to pick up my Mom early next week so she can get herself accustomed to being at my house.
Wish the whole clan was coming, from DC to Houston to MN to IA to Vegas and Carolina and so on! But will be happy with what and who we can. Love to everyone!!

Hi All, Love the costume Val! I did have a flu clinic on the 31st but the only dressing up I did was some Halloween socks and an orange top-whoopee!
Had a nice dinner with Shelley last week-Desiree, Jill, and I met her at "Red Robin" for a nice visit and "average" food, but the company was wonderful! Shelley was in Fort Collins at Colorado State University To assist with something for her work, she had been in Philadelphia the day before coming here-what a "jet-setter".
Getting excited for the big wedding of Bryan and Molly-really looking forward to Val and Aunt Bonnie coming. Tried to talk Shelley into staying on for the wedding but guess that would have been too long-lol!

Happy 60th day 2, Cousin Val! Sent a birthday wish to Val after I got home from doing flu shots, she sent back a message and it sounded like she had a BIG time planned for last evening(hope you had some tylenol ready lol)Wish we all could have been in on that celebration.
