Sue is in ND visiting Robert & Ardella & we had the chance to go visit last night & enjoy a WONDERFUL meal cooked by Sue! We had a really nice evening visiting & catching up. Sue had some "sneak peek" photos of wedding dress shopping, which were so fun to see! So exciting!

I spent the afternoon today with friends attending the play "Orphan Train" at the Mouse River Players. It was so good. Based on true life experiences of children who were orphaned/homeless in New York and put on a train to the Midwest stopping at different cities hoping local families would adopt or take them in. The Orphan Train stopped in Grand Forks, Churches Ferry and Minot North Dakota. Very moving & educational production.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! Another work week ahead for those of us that are still working!

Loved getting the save the date announcement for Steven and Mary- went on the web site and saw all kinds of beautiful photos! Sure will be great if I am able to go to Texas for these weddings! Wow! Another beautiful "save the date" arrived today, this time for Mary & Steven! I love, love, love the web site and very nice save the date announcements- guess I haven't been to many weddings lately because I don't remember the save the date announcement being SO creative, like getting the pictures, I'm really wanting to come to TX! Hope I can work it out.

Thanks Desi for posting the photos of Cindy's birthday! Wish we could have been there to celebrate with her! Looks like a great party! So nice of you sisters to do that for her! Cindy - you are beautiful! Wrinkles and all!

This past weekend we went to Bismarck to visit family & spend some time with our nieces and nephews. One of my nieces sells Limelight Makeup & Skin Care products so I asked her to give me a "makeover". Yowser! We used a magnifying mirror and boy the wrinkles really stood out! We had a nice weekend!

It has been a beautiful week here with temps near 40 degrees! However, the weekend forecast is not sounding good! Snow & wind forecast! This week however has us feeling like spring might be around the corner.

March is going to be a busy month! Have the big Elvis Extravaganza weekend coming up as well as our Easter trip to Las Vegas & California. We will be taking our grand niece along and taking her & Erica to Disneyland & Adventure Land! First time there for Kira and Erica! Kevin has not been there since 1985.

Hello All! So glad Barb & Pete are escaping the cold to a sunny, warm destination! It is supposed to be bitter cold here again this evening - actual temps below zero & then the wind chill! Getting tired of this! Mom & I had a wonderful evening last night with Punky and Goldie! We met for supper at the Village Inn & planned our strategy for our upcoming Elvis Inspired weekend in Medora in March! Not sure what Teddy Roosevelt would think about Elvis invading Medora! The four of us will be traveling to Medora the weekend of March 24th to enjoy a concert by an Elvis impersonator! We will have a full day of activity - Happy Hour at TR's bar starting at 3:00 p.m., an Elvis inspired buffet with southern fried chicken, waffles, macaroni & cheese & other delights, topped off with an Elvis doughnut made special by the Bearscat Bakery in Bismarck! Then the big show and an after party at the Little Missouri Saloon. We will also be staying at the Roughrider Hotel. Goldie & Punky gave us Elvis sweatshirts so we will all have matching attire! Could be a wild weekend! Will give us something to look forward too! Hope you are all doing well!

Hola from mexico! Just got here yesterday afternoon. Flight was on time and we were on the beach at 4:50 pm with a tropical drink in hand. I told pete the only thing better would be to see a whale -- and then we saw a huge splash. Voila a whalr! Today was 85 degrees above zero and no wind chill! Life is good! Pete of course was out ksyaking and saw many dolphins! Love to all. We are soaking up some sun for all of you. Namr your drink and day and we'll have one for you. P& b

Happy 32nd Anniversary to Dave and Desiree today! It's always a big deal to add another year in this world where people don't stay (or get) married. I always say it's too much work to train another husband! Lol. Know if you're not working you'll do something special, hope whatever it is you'll enjoy each other's company. Again, happy anniversary.

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say we received the "save the date" for Kathleen and Craig's upcoming wedding date in December 2018, it is just GORGEOUS! What a lovely picture and I love that it's a magnet, it has a place on my fridge with all my other special pictures, still hoping we might come to the weddings.
Cold in Colorado today, snow! Desiree and I were in Casper for a couple days-took Mom to the doctor but the highlight was dinner with London on her 19th birthday, John took us all out to the Texas Roadhouse and they had London get on a saddle and we all did a big Yeehaw for her bday! Just adore those kids, can't believe they are growing up so fast, Talon is driving now- will get his license on his birthday but has his permit and he does lots of driving in preparation-he's a very good driver!
